Create an Account and Open the Dashboard
Select “Start Free” below to open the VPNWear account creation page. No email address is required; follow the prompts to choose a username and password. Pick a username that’s easy to recognize but doesn’t reveal sensitive personal information. Use a unique password and store it in a trusted password manager.
Before submitting, check that your username and password are correct, especially your input method, spaces, and capitalization. Follow the prompts to open the dashboard. If you already have an account, use “Log In” on the right side of the navigation instead. Creating another account can split up your orders, plan, and subscription, making them harder to manage.
Once you’re in the dashboard, make sure Account Overview opens normally before choosing a plan. Creating an account and connecting a client are separate steps: being able to access the dashboard doesn’t mean your device is connected to an international route. You’ll still need to import your subscription and connect from your device.
Choose a Plan and Complete Your Order
Open the Plans section in the dashboard. Check the data allowance and billing terms before reviewing the price. Monthly plans are ¥9.9/month for 60GB, ¥18/month for 250GB, and ¥28/month for 500GB. Monthly data resets on the day your plan starts, not on the first day of each calendar month. To estimate your usage, check your devices’ network statistics. Video usually uses more data than browsing text or messaging.
If your usage varies, you can also consider a data package: ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, or ¥658/3000GB. Data packages don’t expire and remain available until used. Monthly plans and data packages suit different usage patterns, so check the product details in the dashboard rather than choosing by total data alone.
Choose a plan and follow the dashboard prompts to place your order. Pay with Alipay, WeChat Pay, or USDT. After payment, return to the order or account overview to confirm that the order is complete and the plan appears. If the payment page shows success but your account status hasn’t changed, check your order history first instead of submitting the same request again.
VPNWear supports unlimited devices and offers a 60-day no-questions-asked refund. If you upgrade a monthly plan mid-cycle, the price difference is converted into remaining days; check the dashboard for the exact result. For refunds and order questions, see the Help Center. For full terms, see the Terms of Service. Once your plan is active, get your subscription.
Get Your Subscription from the Account Overview
Open Account Overview in the dashboard and find the subscription details or import section. A subscription link isn’t a regular web bookmark; it lets your client fetch configuration and server information. The client uses this link to update its subscription, so don’t publish it or paste it into group chats, public documents, or unfamiliar diagnostic websites.
If the dashboard offers an import option for your device’s client, use it. Your browser may ask permission to open an external app; check that it’s the client you intend to use before proceeding. If the client isn’t installed yet, get and install it in the next section, then return to Account Overview and import again. You don’t need to choose a plan again.
To import manually, use the dashboard’s copy option to copy the full subscription link, then paste it into your client. Don’t edit the link or mistake the dashboard URL in your browser’s address bar for a subscription link. After importing, delete any temporary copy of the link so it doesn’t remain in a shared clipboard or screenshot.
This page doesn’t provide an actual subscription link. If importing produces a URL but no server list, make sure you copied the link from the subscription section for your current account, and check that your client supports the configuration. For failed subscription updates or reimporting after a link change, see Troubleshooting. You don’t need to look into these details to get started.
Import into a Client by Platform
Sign in to the dashboard and open Download Clients to get the VPNWear client for your device. You can access the Windows, macOS, Android, and Linux clients by signing in; you don’t need a purchased plan first. The iOS download option is available only to accounts with a purchased, unexpired plan. Getting the client and meeting the requirements to use a subscription are separate steps. After installing, check your plan and subscription status.
Windows: Import Your Subscription
In the dashboard, select the VPNWear desktop client for Windows and install it according to the download instructions. Open the client and import using the option in Account Overview. To import manually, find “Subscription,” “Configuration,” or “Add Subscription” in the client and paste your copied link into the URL field. You can name it VPNWear for easy reference.
Save the subscription and update it. Wait for the server list to appear, then make sure the selected configuration is the one you just imported—not an empty configuration or one from another service. When you’re ready to connect, enable the system proxy or traffic routing feature as prompted by the client. If you’re unsure which to use, follow the default setup and avoid changing multiple advanced options at once.
macOS: Check Network Permissions After Importing
Get the VPNWear desktop client for your Mac from the dashboard, then install and open it as prompted. Import from the dashboard, or add the link in the client’s subscription manager. Save and update the configuration. Once the server list appears, select your current subscription before connecting so you don’t end up with the client open but no configuration loaded.
On first connection, macOS may ask you to allow a VPN configuration or network extension. Follow the system prompt and the client’s instructions. If the prompt has closed, check the relevant network and security notices in System Settings. After granting permission, return to the client and try again; don’t reimport the same subscription just because you saw a permission prompt. If Apple services behave differently, check your split-tunneling rules first. See the Troubleshooting page for more detailed guidance.
Android: Allow the VPN Connection Request
Get the VPNWear Android client from the dashboard and install it as prompted by your device. When you first open it, add the link from the subscription or configuration manager, or start the import from the dashboard. Make sure the subscription is saved and the server list updated before choosing a server and connecting.
When Android displays a VPN connection request, check that the app name matches the client you just installed, then allow the connection. The VPN icon in the status bar only indicates that the network configuration is enabled; test access to confirm the connection works. For your first test, keep the client in the foreground. Once access works, switch to the background if needed. Check Troubleshooting if you later have background connection issues related to battery or network settings.
iOS: Find the Available Download Option in the Dashboard
First, confirm in Account Overview that your plan is active. Then open Download Clients and use the iOS download option to go to the App Store. If the dashboard says your plan doesn’t meet the requirements, check your order and plan status first. Don’t look for installation files from unknown sources on other websites. This page doesn’t provide installation files or alternative download links for third-party clients.
After installation, start the import from the dashboard, or paste the link into the client’s subscription or configuration section. Save and update, then select a server. When connecting for the first time, allow the VPN configuration as prompted by iOS and complete any required device confirmation. If no servers appear after you return to the client, check that the configuration was saved instead of repeatedly tapping Connect.
On any operating system, a successful import means you can see the subscription configuration, update the server list, and select the current configuration. Once you’ve confirmed these, move on to connection testing. Linux is also supported; follow the platform-specific instructions in the dashboard. This page focuses on getting started with the devices listed above.
Connect and Check Split Tunneling
Choose a target location from the server list and connect. For your first test, pick a location that meets the service’s regional requirements; there’s no need to switch through several locations. VPNWear covers 120+ countries / 190+ routes, but access to a particular website also depends on the site’s status, your account region, and your current exit route. A location appearing in the list doesn’t guarantee that every service will always be available.
After connecting, open an international website or app you plan to use and check that both the page and its features load. Then visit a local website you use regularly to check that everyday access still works. Split tunneling can send different apps or destinations over different routes. A local page loading quickly doesn’t prove the international route is working, and direct local access doesn’t mean the client isn’t working.
In the client, open the split-tunneling rules or connection logs to see which rule matched your target app or domain. Destinations that need international access should use the expected route; local sites should connect directly according to your rules. If an app was already open before you connected, close and reopen it so it can reconnect. Do the same after changing a rule instead of relying only on the client’s status.
If the client says it’s connected but webpages won’t load, keep your current configuration and check whether your original network can access local websites. Then check whether the subscription updates, the intended server is selected, and any other proxy tools are turned off. Change one setting at a time and revisit the same destination so you can tell what helped. There’s no need to change DNS, routing, and advanced protocol settings all at once when you’re first connecting.
Set Up Your Everyday Workflow After Testing
Once everything works, you can enable launch at startup or automatic connection in the client settings if needed. First make sure you can connect manually, then turn on automation. If the connection behaves differently after a restart, you’ll be able to tell whether the issue is with startup settings or the subscription configuration. To switch devices, get the client on the new device and import your subscription. VPNWear allows unlimited devices to be online at the same time.
If a subscription update fails, an app doesn’t use the expected route, or the connection drops in the background, check the Help Center first, then follow the symptom-based steps in Troubleshooting. When submitting a support ticket, include your operating system, client name, the time the issue occurred, your selected location, and the steps you’ve tried. Hide your subscription link, password, and sensitive payment details in screenshots so support can investigate without exposing your account credentials.
You’re all set when your plan is active, the client shows a server list, your target services are accessible, and split-tunneling rules behave as expected. Keep the working configuration, then adjust your everyday settings one at a time.
