Service Scope

VPNWear provides subscription services for cross-border access, with smart traffic routing by app. Supported platforms include Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. International routes cover 120+ countries / 190+ routes. Users can configure international routes and direct local connections for different needs. Clients and subscription access are available through the user panel.

The service provides network connectivity and does not include accounts, memberships, or content licenses from third-party websites. Route coverage does not mean every route works with every app. Third-party services set their own regional rules, content availability, and access requirements.

Account and Subscription Rules

No email address is required to create an account; a username and password are all you need. Keep your password and subscription link secure. Do not publish them or share them with others. If your credentials are exposed or used unexpectedly, change your password promptly and submit a ticket for assistance.

There is no limit on the number of devices that can be online at the same time, for the account holder's personal use. This does not permit sharing an account with others, renting out connection access, or reselling a subscription. Do not connect the subscription to a shared network operated for business, or abuse service resources through automation.

Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date. If you upgrade partway through a billing period, the price difference is converted into the remaining days. Data packages remain available until used and never expire. See the plans page and order confirmation for prices and data allowances. Payment is accepted via Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Check your selected plan before confirming your order.

Acceptable Use

Users must comply with the laws and regulations applicable where they live and use the service, as well as the terms of use of any platforms they access. Do not use the service to commit fraud, violate others' privacy or intellectual property rights, distribute unlawful content, send malicious software, or access networks without authorization.

Do not disrupt network operations, attack other systems, steal credentials, or damage service resources. Users are responsible for determining whether their access and business activities are lawful. Network acceleration does not authorize any particular use.

Refunds

You may request a full refund for any reason within 60 days of your first payment. Sign in to the user panel to submit a ticket, explain your request, and provide the relevant order details so the payment can be verified. You do not need to provide sensitive information unrelated to order verification.

VPNWear will review the request and order, process the refund, and notify you through the ticket about the outcome and any changes to subscription benefits. The time it takes for funds to arrive depends on the payment provider; no fixed arrival time is guaranteed. If you have questions about payment details, reply in the original ticket. Other refund rights granted by law are not affected by these terms.

Availability and Limits of Liability

Connection performance depends on the local network, device settings, carrier routing, and the status of the destination website. Maintenance, network outages, or changes to third-party rules may require a route change or cause a temporary interruption. VPNWear does not guarantee uninterrupted connections or continued access to any particular platform or content library.

If a problem occurs, first check your routing settings using the troubleshooting guide, then submit the relevant error message and details about your environment. Losses caused by force majeure, third-party failures, or incorrect user settings are handled under applicable law and each party's responsibilities. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Account Termination and Changes to These Terms

VPNWear may restrict features, suspend, or terminate an account in response to unlawful use, resale or sharing, system attacks, or other serious violations of these terms. The reason will be explained in light of the circumstances. Users may raise objections through a ticket; refund requests remain subject to the refund terms and applicable law.

Changes to these terms will be posted on this page with an updated date. Significant changes to subscription benefits will be announced on the site or through the user panel. Changes will not retroactively remove benefits already acquired under applicable law. If you have questions about a change, contact us through a ticket before continuing to use the service.
